You want to apply to become a staff member? When applications are open, send in your application via PM to Redstar (admin). DO NOT send your applications to any other staff member or in any other board. The application thread must be OPEN!
What to Include In Your Application
Tell a little about yourself. Your age, your hobbies, do you play sports, ect. Tell me what makes you want to be staff. Have you ever been staff on another game/forum before?
What's it Like Being Staff?
Staff is hard work. You will moderate every board, help any members who need help and direct them along the right path. If a fight/argument is getting out of hand, you'll step in. You will have to keep the members safe on this forum.
What We Look For in Staff
I want mature people who have dealt with/know how to deal with problems. If you apply for staff just to have the power and to 'order others around' your application WILL NOT be accepted. Do not think that because you have the rank of staff means that you have control over every person in this forum.
The chances of your application being accepted can be slim, depending on what you've given me and how many staff I plan to add. If you do become staff, your rank will change to 'Redstar's Clanmate' (Though all of you are my Clanmates <3) And your display name will show as a bright, neon blue. You MUST have an account to apply for staff.
Staff members must be ACTIVE daily. If you will not be active then your application will not be accepted.
